We have an extensive experience starting with the pre-accession funds (IPA program) until the current structural and investment fonds for undertakings and budget users. So far we have prepared projects in value of over 300 milion EUR, implemented projects in value of over 100 milion EUR and we audited and evaluated projects in value of over 2 milion EUR. Also, we are one of vey few consultants that worked as an evaluator for structural and investment fonds.
Jeličić revizija carries out the following proccesses concerning the project applications:
- Preparation of project documentation for tenders related directly or indirectly to EU funds (structural and investment funds, HAMAG, HBOR, local tenders etc.)
- Preparation of business plans, investment studies and feasibility studies or cost benefit analysis (CBAs)
- Implementing projects co-financed with EU funds (administrative management of projects and reporting to competent authorities). Receiving financial funds from World Bank, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and EU Funds is conditional on strict control and monthly financial reports
- Savjetovanje u vezi provedbe postupaka javne nabave za EU projekte / Advising on the process of public tenders for EU projects
- Auditing EU projects
- Evaluating EU projects for competent authorities
